Field Kit Maintenance
Follow these important steps to maintain your Rapid Field Kit…

A checklist should be printed and completed for EACH RapidBaseball and RapidSoftball Field Kit. Use this checklist to determine what equipment needs to be replaced prior to the season. Field Kits will need replenishment of lost RapidBaseball specific baseballs and softballs.

While completing the Field Kit Inventory Checklist, take this time to clean and organize all equipment in your Field Kit. A clean kit and organized Field Kit will help get your league off to a great start for the season.

Please follow the steps below (see videos) to determine if your pitching machine tire/s need to be replaced.
1) Is tire inflated to 20PSI?
2) Is tire holding air at PSI? If not, tire is potentially no longer seated on hub and is compromised. Reminder to keep tire inflated at all times to PSI!
3) Has tire been used for 2-3 seasons and showing significant grooving? Time to replace.
4) Has tire been used for 2-3 seasons and showing black belt in center? Time to replace
IMPORTANT: Pitching Machine Tire Maintenance
It is critical to maintain 20 PSI in pitching machine tire. Failure to maintain 20 PSI can compromise tire life and likely cause tire to come unseated from hub. It is recommended that a tire is replaced every 2-3 season. Please feel free to contact us with photos and description and we can help determine if tire replacement is necessary. Replacement tires are kept in stock at all times.
